Client completes payment in full to confirm appointment time.

Private one-on-one and mentorship sessions are non-fundable and non-exchangeable once confirmed, including when session is a gift purchase. 

Client understands Angela and Essence Wellness Design prioritize Client's privacy and do not disclose any Client information to third parties, including family members and all who may reach out for Client information. 

Client is responsible for showing up to appointment on time so we begin your experience promptly in respect of everyone's time. Session ends promptly regardless of start time. 

In the event that Client is late to the appointment, Angela will wait for ten minutes past the confirmed appointment time and disconnect. This applies to all in-person and virtual meeting platforms.

Client is responsible for requesting a rescheduling at least 24 hours before the original meeting time in writing. We do our best to accommodate Client request within two weeks of your original confirmed appointment.

Client is responsible for asking questions related to meeting logistics in writing prior to meeting time if Client has questions.  

All services and recommendations you receive from Angela / Essence Wellness Design are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent infectious diseases or any known or suspected acute or chronic medical conditions. 

Client is responsible for seeking immediate medical attention and consulting with medical doctors and healthcare professionals of Client's choosing for any and all medical conditions and / or if Client is pregnant, breastfeeding, or currently taking prescriptive medications. 

Essence Wellness Design LLC and Angela Kuehl are not responsible or liable for any Client outcome following each session and offering.
